The EOD 133 represents the 133 EOD techs lost in battle since 9 September 2001.  

The workout can be done as an individual or join in with a team.

This workout can be accomplished in your personal gym at home or your local gym!

$500 = 26 lb boom bell

$750 = 35 lb boom bell

400 Meter Run (in Honor of Chief Jason Finan)
65 Hang Power Cleans @ 135 lbs/ Men and 95 lbs /Women
65 Sing Arm Kettle Bell Press @ 54 lbs / Men and 34 lbs/ Women

65 Box Jumps @ 30" / Men and 24" / Women
